KSTAR Physician Resources

KSTAR (Knowledge, Skills, Training, Assessment and Research) is an internationally recognized program that provides comprehensive and individualized assessments and educational programs for physicians who have perceived needs or want to return to practice after a prolonged absence. The main goal of KSTAR is to optimize patient safety by providing solutions that will benefit the physician, the health care system and the patient.

KSTAR has reentry mini-residency opportunities for qualifying physicians with UTMB Health in Galveston, Texas and with Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.
