Biography
Camille serves as RN Clinical Care Coordinator for the Value-Based Care Team at Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, most of her career has been spent working with rural health populations to provide competent, team-based, professional care, education, and support.
Camille attended Wenatchee Valley College, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in 2005 and an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University in May 2025 and plans to continue her education with a focus on leadership development.
As an RN Outpatient Case Manager at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA from 2019–2021, Camille was on the team that piloted and initiated Value-Based Care processes such as Medicare AWV and CCM. She helped create the tools and documentation for those programs that led to achieving corporate goals in 2019 and 2020. This experience has fostered a pursuit of team-based, collaborative care that is patient-centered and driven—small clinical teams working together for the benefit of individual members, creating a stronger community. She has a passion for connecting with others, helping people, and making a positive difference.
Camille moved to Texas with her husband and daughter in 2021. They enjoy spending time together with their two dogs and two cats and being involved in their church.
